By the time he settled in England in 1975, Brian had already played with the great American singer Sarah Vaughan as well as accompanied Nancy Wilson when she toured in South Africa.
Brian has worked with some of the finest including “The John Taylor Quintet”, Ronnie Scott, Courtney Pine and Ed Jones and has recorded many albums as well as appeared on numerous TV and Radio broadcasts.
He came to be regarded as one of the most influential drummers in England, before moving to Australia. He is a well-renowned teacher and major figure in world music with the ability to teach many styles of drumming and improvisation to all ages and abilities.
